radio is fun

My friend Tracy came along to the radio station.
We had the SIN pc meeting which started at 5pm, the 3rd item on the agenda was me on the radio. Apparently the first time I was on I came across really well, so everyone who heard it has said that I did great for us.
So during the meeting I explained what had happened during the first radio spot, and what I thought was going to happen tonight. The first time I was on for 15 mins and it was just me and the host.
This time it is for an hour and it is a panel type thing, me and two other women.
The 6th item on the agenda was a report of the ACSA meeting, Ari asked John to give a report and he laughed and said that seeing as SIN has their own rep now then the rep should give the report - so I did.

We arrived at the radio studio at the time we were told too, we sat in the lobby and the other women were there, one had her husband with her.
They both seemed friendly enough, but I felt much more comfortable with the older woman.
When we went into the studio we sat at one end of the desk and the host sits at the other end with his control panel. I sat at the end of the table, the younger of the other two sat next to me and the older lady sat the other side of her.
As we entered the host gave me a hug and a kiss - seeing as I have a huge crush on him, that gave me butterflies.

We had a list of topics, and when we started the broadcast we started working through them. The woman who was seated in the middle very subtly sat with her back twisted towards me, which probably made me a bit louder then I usually am.
The hour went by really quickly, and it seemed as though every topic was somehow derailed and went off the side road to end up at the sex industry.
As we were leaving the rude woman stayed back a bit to chat to the host, it was almost as though she was stamping her name on him. Obviously they know each other, she has been to his house a few times - which was another thing that she kept casually dropping into the conversation.
I had to stop and talk to the producer and the RW was waiting for me as I came out.
She hugged me and handed me $40, to which I replied 'sorry sweetheart, I charge much more than that!'
I did take the cash, I needed it and obviously she wanted to make herself feel better and stuff. Oh well, I did appreciate it cos I was flat broke!

I am teh radio star!

A couple of weeks ago I appeared on a local radio station as part of a 'day in the life of. . ' series. I appeared as Elsie the escort.
Last Friday I got a txt from the shows host asking me to participate in a panel discussion with 2 other women, this is tonight!
I am stoked that i have been asked, and I'm appearing as Elsie the escort again.
I will post again tomorrow about the show!
